Squatty Potty ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Products can be shipped to anywhere that has a physical address and can receive packages via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes. There is a 1-2 business day process time for all orders. While we strive to ship an order within 2 working days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that your shipment will take 3–8 working days. I can’t believe I waited until I was in my mid seventies to get a bidet. My daughter already had the SquattPotty bidet so I asked her to get me one before I had hip replacement. What a treat! I’ve had mine now for 7 years and had no problems whatsoever.

One question though. What is your recommendation for cleaning the nozzle?

I was pleased with how quickly the bidet arrived, it fit well with my toilet. I also appreciate the front and back sprays. I think the only complaint I would have is that it doesn't have a way to clean the nozzle, like a self-cleaning option would have been nice rather than needing to do so manually. Literally best $40 I’ve ever spent! It’s super easy to install and so far I love it. I’ve had a tushy bidet attachment, and I think the squatty potty one is better for the price point. The only design feature I wish the squatty potty bidet has is the ability to change the angle.

Keeping clean

It was so easy to install. As far as number one it really cleans up and get you going. As far as number two. I'm still trying to figure it out. As strong as a jet can be, I'm not sure I'm getting any cleaner that way. Maybe I'm doing things wrong?
The unit itself is fantastic very reasonably priced and I recommend it for everybody

Bidet for bums and budgets.

Great system. Works like it supposed to. I've tried other bidets that are similar, but this one works better than the similar ones I've tried. Very happy with the price and features. Install was straightforward.

A: The gap between the seat and bowl is usually caused by a soft close toilet seat. The soft close seat has a lip around the underside edge and when the bidet is installed it does not allow the seat to sit flush. You can either try a standard toilet seat that is not soft close, or you can use toilet seat bumpers that will help support the seat. You can find the bumpers at hardware stores or online stores such as Amazon.

A: The Dual Stream Bidet has a front and back spraying option and low to high water pressure control, so that you can choose the angle and flow of the bidet that best works for you. The sprayers themselves cannot be adjusted.

A: The water for the bidet will depend on the temperature of your water supply coming from your home. The bidet does not have a heating mechanism.

A: The sprayers themselves cannot be adjusted, but with the dual streams that spray both front and back, you should be able to achieve all necessary angles.

A: The black rubber washer is intended to go inside of the large side of the T-adapter where the nut is. Make sure that the washer is flat side down, round side up. As far as baby proofing, we suggest keeping the toilet seat lid down and supervising the baby while in the bathroom.

A: The Refresh-It Dual Stream Bidet can only be mounted on one side. Once the bidet body is installed, the knob which controls the bidet will be on the right hand side.
